Sarah is the co-founder of Trovo Group, a boutique recruitment firm dedicated to helping organizations scale smoothly and sustainably. With a rich background in locums recruitment for top healthcare providers and Investment Banking & Private Equity at Selby Jennings, Sarah brings a wealth of experience to the table.
Sarah’s background in Cybersecurity and Fintech startups gives her valuable insight into the fast-paced world of scaling teams. At Trovo Group, she focuses on recruitment for Finance, Legal, and Operations roles, understanding the unique challenges these areas face. She’s committed to finding the perfect match for her clients, ensuring they have the right talent to drive their success.
Outside of work, Sarah is a passionate scratch golfer and wine enthusiast who’s recently relocated to Dallas, TX. As a mom of two under two, she knows a thing or two about juggling priorities and brings that same balance and energy to her professional life.

Lexi is the co-founder of Trovo Group, a boutique recruitment firm specializing in sustainable talent growth for organizations at every stage of their development. Lexi began her recruitment career in Medical Communications before pivoting to focus on finding crucial talent in the Go-To-Market space for SaaS, FinTech, and Logistics & Supply Chain organizations.
At Trovo Group, Lexi is instrumental in developing and executing recruitment strategies specifically tailored to the SaaS and logistics sectors. Her approach is characterized by a commitment to building strong relationships and delivering results that align with the strategic goals of her clients.
Outside of her professional life, Lexi is an avid traveler, wine enthusiast, and a marathon runner with a reputation for speed.
